KPMG Breaks Ground on Job-Creating Tech Center in Montvale, NJ

Following the loss of about 3,000 employees after two of Montvale’s largest corporate residents Mercedes-Benz and A&P departed from town, the borough is beginning to see a steady uptick in its number of corporate employees. SNS Architects and Engineers is helping that effort by designing KPMG LLP’s new technology center is expected to bring in more than 600 new jobs.


KPMG, a global audit, tax, and advisory firm that has been in town for 30 years, will be expanding its 281,000-square-foot campus with the renovation of a vacant office building at 75 Chestnut Ridge Road in Montvale, NJ. The building will be expanded from 69,000 square feet to about 81,000 square feet.
