The existing structure has deteriorated in appearance after sitting unoccupied for seven years. SNS Architects & Engineers, PC was hired to produce full architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and sprinkler design construction documentation and specifications.
The building's facade was cleaned, and its windows were replaced. The inside of the 95,000 SF building was redesigned as a multi-tenant layout to maximize useable space, and the existing parking lots were modified to allow for four spaces per 1,000 SF of tenant space.
The previous lobbies were destroyed and rebuilt with new maple wood veneer paneling, wall coverings, stone, carpet, and skylights.
