The original 650,000 SF IBM corporate headquarters structure has been converted into the new Merck-Medco Managed Care Headquarters location on approximately 200 acres of forests in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey.
Carpeted flooring, acoustical and gypsum ceilings, textured wall planes, and customized millwork were used to refresh the otherwise outdated building.
