Corporate Campus III

This site required a structure with a strong architectural presence that would quickly attract the attention of both passing vehicles and pedestrians. The location, which was surrounded by Route 287 southbound entry ramp and Campus Drive, was ideal for this five-story structure. The complex, perched on a hilltop above this key artery route and clad in precast concrete with tinted glass fenestration, stands out against the backdrop of a rich landscape.

The four-story lobby, as well as the outside glass wall of similar height supported by the dazzling brass-finish structural space frame, are the standout features. A circular stairway leading to the higher levels is located in the center of the atrium.
