SNS Architects and Engineers, PC was hired for architectural, structural, and civil engineering services to redevelop four existing office and warehouse buildings on site and create a unified complex.

The former office and warehouse buildings were redeveloped to provide 330,000 SF of office area and 80,000 SF of operational area. Within the scope of work, SNS also created two new upgraded entries, a re-layout of parking for 1,050 automobile spaces, and extensive interior design and facade treatments.
