CenterPoint Properties Regional Office

CenterPoint Properties reached out to SNS to renovate their New Jersey regional office in Saddle Brook, New Jersey. Their goal was to create a more flexible and exciting work environment for their employees while incorporating their brand identity within the space. SNS worked closely with CenterPoint to create a combination of traditional and flexible work zones, including offices, huddle rooms, workstations, a large collaborative break area, and a gaming area. The selection of furniture played an important role in creating different zones within the large open work area of this office space.

As an investor, developer, and manager of industrial real estate, CenterPoint also wanted to incorporate some of those industrial elements into their new space. SNS peeled back some of the layers of the existing space to expose the original concrete flooring and open ceiling. Intentionally placed ceiling clouds and carpeted areas further established the work vs recreation zones and helped to attenuate some sound within the open work environment.

CenterPoint Properties was very pleased with the final product which ultimately had the flexibility of space for both their employees and visiting clients.
