Prestige BMW bought the formerly abandoned Dodge store to operate as a temporary Service Center while their new BMW facility was being built on nearby property. SNS Architects & Engineers, PC completely rebuilt and restored the facility to become Prestige MINI's new 18,000 SF home. Adjacent to its sister company, the MINI dealership will be in an ideal location.
The building successfully showcases the unique automobiles in a concept consistent with the manufacturer's corporate identity by utilizing MINI USA's design requirements. The dealership has a two-story showroom with a Sales Mezzanine and an advanced Service Center. A floating glass display cube, open corner displays, and an external "patio" for staff are among the primary design aspects. The project was designed to achieve LEED Certification.
