Pace University - School of Performing Arts

Pace School of Performing Arts has moved to 140 William Street in Manhattan, New York. This seven-story building holds acting, movement, and dance studios; a sound stage and screening room; wardrobe and design shops, a digital design lab; and several performance spaces.

SNS Architects & Engineers, PC was appointed to provide architectural, structural, MEP system engineering, and interior design services for this newly transformed facility.

This project's architecture incorporated specialized performing arts classrooms, audio rooms, black-box theatres, dance studios, and collaborative spaces for faculty and students.
