The formerly vacant Dodge dealership had been purchased by Prestige BMW to serve as a temporary Service Center while their new BMW facility was being constructed on an adjacent property. SNS Architects & Engineers, PC completely redesigned and renovated the building to be the new 18,000 SF home of Prestige MINI. Adjacent to its sister company, the MINI dealership will be in an ideal location.

Utilizing MINI USA’s design parameters, the building successfully displays the unique automobiles in a concept consistent with the manufacturer’s corporate identity. The dealership consists of a two-story showroom with a Sales Mezzanine and a state-of-the-art Service Center. Some key design elements include a floating glass display cube, open corner displays, and an exterior “patio” for employees. The project was designed to achieve LEED certification.

Design
