The second of three Orange County properties purchased by Prestige Motors has been developed to serve as the area’s premier Lexus dealership in Orange County. SNS Architects & Engineers, PC, completely designed the new 30,000 sq. ft. ground-up building to reflect the quality and standards set forth by Prestige Lexus’ sister facility in Ramsey, NJ.

Utilizing Lexus’ design parameters, the building successfully displays the unique automobiles in a concept consistent with the manufacturer’s corporate identity. The dealership consists of a two-story high showroom with a state-of-the-art Service Center.

The project was developed to be easily expanded to the adjacent property as required by the anticipated growth and success of the dealership.

Design
