With hundreds of accredited programs of architecture and engineering, SNS selects from and staffs its office with the most talented of people. We value our employees’ abilities, and with the profession seeing simultaneous trends toward specialist and generalist practice, we are able to maintain both with a diversified staff of professionals to get the job done right from the onset.
SNS is a team player. After all, the building process is a collaborative one. The team includes clients, architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, attorneys and building officials. SNS understands the building process and has enjoyed a great reputation of being a firm of results; from program, design and bidding, to successful building approvals, construction and post-occupancy evaluation.
All projects in our firm are headed by a principal who is actively involved in the project from inception to completion. All the resources of the firm, including the expertise of the other principals, are available to each project. Our office is totally integrated with architects, interior designers, and civil and structural engineers; this maximizes the resources available to a specific project. We select and assign staff to assist the partner based on the needs and experience required for the particular project.
With the importance we place on all our projects, and the understanding that a satisfied client is a repeat client, we make every effort to assemble a project team which has a comprehensive list of experience and a good measure of individual talent. Our people are cognizant of our clients’ concerns with design and construction schedules and are accustomed to respect this very important element in the design process.
A team of professionals and support personnel is assigned to each project, based on the type and size of the job. Specific expertise, experience and chemistry are only some of the qualities we look for in the members of the team.
